This is the noble successor to the CSH.PERIOD screen, but much simpler I hope. In this screen a start of month and end of month can be selected to call for Monthly extracts from HBCIS.

• More than one month can be requested in one entry, and multiple entries can be created.
• once you have set a period  anbd a campus, click SET, repeat for other periods and campuses.
• These requests will be picked up in the next run of the Talons HBCIS system background process and may appear in the next import, or the one following if they take a long time to create." ASK NOW " will force immediate processing
• Each CAMPUS has to be separately requested.

Purge and Re-Load are no longer necessary as monthly requested data will overlay daily fed data automatically

• Purge will purge the Talons SQL database of the periods requested - clear old old data.
• Re-load will purge and load again the months requested this may be used to get rid of troublesome months and re-load them.
