ADM Products Reconciliation
Previous Topic  Next Topic

This Screen shows a reconciliation between the EpisodeMaster Discharge and Admit  dates and times, and the total of Ward Bedday and Leave Products, both expressed as seconds. Variances under a second are usually rounding errors from the calculations, Variations over a minute are cause for concern. Variations showing doubling mean two processes have been running at the same time.

Special note, this screen only shows 10,000 records, however a re-flag will flag ALL matching records - ALL!

The Re Flag and process option allows the errant episodes to be recalculated. - beware setting a low value under .005 and into negatives will flag lots of records and cause a good deal of processing, taking many hours. A negative value will Flag ALL Episodes. This is deliberate.

In reprocessing, only 20,000 flagged records will be done in any one go. To process the remainder, set a high flagging value, - no further records will be flagged, but, the balance of records already flagged will be reprocessed.

If the AutoLoad Service loads while reprocessing is underway, or another workstation is accessing this company TLA one process will be terminated, which one is a guess. This prevents duplication as by its nature the processes will tend to lockstep and do the same records, causing doubling. No record locking is used in Talons SQL but process locking .is used
